“I’m a disabled woman. Is that a dating deal-breaker?”

Emily published an article in the Los Angeles Times in February 2022 detailing her experiences dating as a woman with a physical disability. This article was expanded into her first book, Dating Disability: 15 Stories of Dealing with the BS and Building Confidence, which was published in fall 2025.
